Can Ganància is an important urban house in Cardenal Despuig street of Regionalist style and built during the 20th century. Distributed in two storeys and a basement, it features two trimmed and white-washed facades. The apertures are regularly placed and are framed with Mallorcan sandstone. On the main facade we must highlight the round arch portal with sandstone voussoirs and the balcony of the central window. The side facade features an elevated porch with an arcade of four arches. Currently, it works as a single family dwelling.
